MERLOT

The palate is medium to full with red and black berries, juiciness, softness, cherries and a hint of vanilla and chocolate. Smooth texture, fine-grained tannins and a silky smooth finish. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

SHIRAZ

Ruby red in colour, offering concentrated jammy aromas and flavours of blue and black berries. Smooth and elegant with some vanilla and creaminess on the palate complimented by soft tannins. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

MALBEC

Made in a medium bodied, fruity, accessible and easy drinking style. Aromas of red and dark berries with hints of violet that is typical of this varietal. Silky smooth with a long finish complimented by balanced acidity and fine tannins. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

PINOTAGE

Notable red fruit on the nose with plum and red berries. Expect subtle oak with hints of coffee. Very smooth with layers of fruit on the palate, creamy tannins and a fruity finish. Easy drinking and a wine for any occasion. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

NATURAL SWEET RESERVE RED

A welcome addition to the range of excellent wines. Ruby red with ripe red and black berries, strawberries and exotic spices followed by a soft, smooth, lingering aftertaste. The sweetness compliments the wine. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

The Sauvignon Blanc tick all the boxes for fresh, fruity, crisp and zesty. Flavours of grapefruit, passion fruit, guava, pineapple with hints of citrus and mineral notes comes through on the nose and palate. Serve well chilled. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

CHENIN BLANC

New addition to the range of superb wines. Soft and smooth with tropical and citrus fruit on the nose and palate. A bush vine component brings more fullness to the well balanced wine and enhances a lingering aftertaste. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

CHARDONNAY

Expect tropical, nectarines and citrus flavours that follows through onto the palate. Wonderful mouth feel with good weight, freshness and hints of minerality which leads to a lingering aftertaste. Exceptional and beautiful wine. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

SEMILLON

This stunning wine is very exclusive and only 1,000 cases are produced yearly. Beautiful litchi and grapefruit flavours follows through onto the palate with freshness and minerality that compliments the taste. Exceptional example of this cultivar. Sulphur kept to a minimum.

NATURAL SWEET RESERVE ROSÉ

Muscat, strawberries, red berries and candyfloss on the nose and palate. Slight perlé (light bubbles) enhances the taste, freshness and fruit. Stunning refreshing wine to enjoy on its own or with various dishes. Serve well chilled. Sulphur kept to a minimum.
